Application Outline:

1. Vision

Survivors of suicide loss are more likely to struggle with depression and suicide, exacerbated by a lack of access to support resources. Therefore, we are developing a cross-platform mobile application for the LOSS Team to assist in providing support and resources to the bereaved community.

1. Mission

The mission of this project is to create a cross-platform mobile app and server to be used throughout the nation to deliver the following:

• Provide the bereaved with local help resources via websites for their area.

• Connect the bereaved with others in their area who can provide guidance.

• Provide safe networking opportunities for the bereaved community.

• In so doing, this project aims to allow the bereaved community an additional avenue to recovery.
